Come join our Aiea, HI branch of First American, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add a Front Office / Customer Service and Escrow Support to our growing team.

If you are a customer-service oriented individual that wants to be a part of a dynamic team in the Real Estate industry, we'd love to hear from you.

The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization's success.

What You'll Do

• Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
• Receive, sort and route mail
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• May work on escrow openings and closings

What You'll Bring :

• Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed
• Strong work ethic and meets commitments
• Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
• Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
