Good Experience in handling Legacy systems (Third PartyApplications like MES and PLM) which are integrated with Oracleserver and involved in different manufacturing process.

Should have strong experience working on Productionsupport

Should have good experience workingwith ServiceNow

Detailed Job Summary :

We areseeking an experienced Oracle Project Accounting Modules SupportAnalyst with expertise in Project Costing Billing and ProjectManufacturing (PJM) to join our dynamic team.

The successfulcandidate will be responsible for providing functional support forOracle EBusiness Suites Project Accounting modules.

The candidateshould have a deep understanding of Oracle Project AccountingProject Costing Billing and PJM modules along with the ability totroubleshoot and resolve issues implement enhancements andcollaborate with crossfunctional teams.

KeyResponsibilities :

Support :

o Provide daytodaysupport for Oracle Project Accounting modules including ProjectCosting Project Billing and Project Manufacturing(PJM).

o Respond to user inquiriestroubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timelymanner.

o Collaborate with endusers togather requirements and ensure that Oracle Project Accounting meetsbusiness needs.

Implementation :

o Assist in theimplementation of Oracle Project Accounting Project Costing Billingand PJM enhancements patches and upgrades.

oWork closely with the project team to analyze business processesand recommend improvements.

o Participate intesting activities including system testing integration testing anduser acceptance testing.

Documentation :

o Document supportprocesses resolutions and configurations.

oMaintain uptodate documentation for Oracle Project AccountingProject Costing Billing and PJM configurations setups andcustomizations.

Collaboration :

o Collaborate withother IT teams business analysts and endusers to ensure thesuccessful integration of Oracle Project Accounting with otherEBusiness Suite modules.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Finance or relatedfield.

Proven experience (3 to 10 years) inOracle EBusiness Suite with a focus on Project Accounting ProjectCosting Project Billing and Project Manufacturing (PJM)modules.

Strong understanding of OracleProject Costing Project Billing and Project Management.

Handson experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite R12 orlater.

Proficient in PL / SQL and OracleForms / Reports.

Excellent troubleshootingand problemsolving skills.

Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.

PreferredQualifications :

Oraclecertification in Project Accounting modules.

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.

Knowledge of project managementmethodologies.
