Sr. SAP Specialist

SAP Specialist. This role offers a salary range of up to $100,000, plus a bonus, and the opportunity to lead transformative IT initiatives in healthcare, fostering collaborative excellence across the organization.
Key Requirements :
- Manage and lead IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and edit MS SQL reports to enhance data analysis and support decision-making processes.
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One 10 or HANA, addressing issues in finance, sales, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.
- Drive innovation and efficiency across the organization through the implementation of strategic IT initiatives.
- Lead outsourced teams and helpdesk contracted services, ensuring effective management and support.
- Manage resources within budgetary constraints, optimizing utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software, networks, or a related field.
- Strong background in SAP Business One 10 or HANA, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
