Product Manager Merchant & Ad Tech Platform to join ourteam!

Benjamin is anew cashrewards platform for consumers merchants and gamers to earncash called Benjamin Money Moments by completing daily tasksplaying casual games viewing content and ads and making everydaycard purchases with cashback.

KeyResponsibilities :

Merchant Platform Strategy andDevelopment :

• Lead the development andexecution of our merchant platform strategy focusing on deliveringvalue to our partners and enhancing their experience with abilityto create offers and savings.
• Define productroadmaps prioritize features and drive execution in collaborationwith engineering design and business developmentteams.
• Ensure seamless integration of merchantplatform functionalities within ourecosystem.

Ad Tech Platform Strategyand Development :

• Drive the vision andstrategy for our ad tech platform leveraging innovativetechnologies to build out an AdTech Platform along with Developerportal and Offerbased marketplace
• Collaboratewith data and analytics teams to enhance ad targeting capabilitiesand maximize ROI for advertisers and consumers (Demand andSupplyside)
• Lead the development of new adformats and monetization opportunities within ourplatform.

Developer Portals and APIManagement :

• Design and implementdeveloper portals where brands and companies can access our APIsobtain security tokens and manage APIkeys.
• Ensure developer portals providecomprehensive documentation tutorials and support resources tofacilitate integration and usage.
• Collaboratewith engineering teams to define API specifications endpoints andauthentication mechanisms.

TechnicalLeadership and Collaboration :

• Providetechnical expertise and guidance to teams including engineersdesigners and businessstakeholders.
• Collaborate closely withengineering to drive API development and ensure adherence to bestpractices and security standards.
• Foster aculture of innovation and continuous improvement within the productdevelopment process.

ProductManagement Skills :

• Proficiency instrategic roadmap development with the ability to drive productvision and strategy.
• Strong project managementskills including prioritization deadline management and resourceallocation.
• Effective communication oftechnical concepts and product requirements to both technical andnontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience withagile methodologies and project managementtools.

Most Important Qualifications(In Order) from Product Managementperspective :

• Handson experience indefining the strategy UX / UI User Stories etc for building Ad Techplatforms developer portals API management solutions and adbasedmarketplace.
• Strong technical background withexperience in API development authentication mechanismsIntegrations and security best practices.
• 3years of product management experience in hypergrowth startupenvironments.
• Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Engineering Business or relatedfield.
• Strong communication and leadershipskills adaptable to remote workenvironments.
