The Role : Multimedia Assistant.

Key Deliverables :

• Visiting customer sites to capture engaging and creative photography and video content for customer testimonial pieces.
• Producing engaging social media photography and video content; Graphics, dynamic infographics and animations skills will be a bonus
• understanding the audience, considering practical solutions, and being willing to develop ideas and creative concepts
• working to agreed deadlines, following brand guidelines, industry design standards and accessibility guidelines
• providing clear and timely communications
• managing multiple projects, allocating time effectively and keeping the project teams updated on progress
• incorporating Multimedia Manager / Project Lead feedback and amending work accordingly
• working effectively as part of a marketing team and as a part of the wider A-SAFE Group
• Delivering multimedia administration

Key Accountabilities :

• Assisting multimedia team on more complex filming / photography and marketing tasks
• Photographing, filming, and editing short forms for external : social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), website, and internal purposes
• Video and photo production of digital content supporting local and global marketing activities i.e., a New Product Introduction, testing and installation videos, case studies and campaigns etc.
• Creating captions on selected video content and preparing translations documents
• Preparing multimedia assets for PowerPoint presentation requests
• Coordinating production activities including but not limited to : Liaising with A-SAFE Group operations for locations and key equipment
• Prepping / scheduling filming and photography tasks
• Maintaining multimedia processes and procedures including but not limited to : Adding metadata to video and photography outs, logging the jobs on task registration form, organizing and updating the multimedia server
• Supporting A-SAFE Group colleagues and international subsidiaries with their multimedia requests

Experience Required :

Essential :

• Batchelor’s degree in media or equivalent qualifications / portfolio or experience
• Knowledge and experience of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience using DSLR equipment or semi-pro broadcast cameras
• Knowledge of meta tagging (Adobe Bridge)
• Flexibility to shoot events outside of regular working hours as required
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Track record of working to set timescales
• Willing to stay up to date with developments in multimedia

Desirable :

• Knowledge and experience of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Photography skills
• Experience of working in a manufacturing sector
