Haverhill Management represents a nationwide Estate Planning law firm that is searching for Client Success Coordinators.
The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating legal seminars and client-attorney meetings.
This is a perfect position for a Marketing, Sales or Communication graduate! This position will follow up with potential clients and track the acquisition process.
The role will organize events by sourcing venues, administering registrations and work with various vendors (catering, audiovisual, etc.
The CSC will also maintain communication with invited guests as they RSVP, attend a seminar and schedule attorney meetings.
The Client Success Coordinator will be assigned an office in metro Atlanta or in one of our 5 offices located outside of Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities : Event Planning
Event Planning
- Work collaboratively and proactively with attorneys, marketing department, and outside vendors to plan, implement, and execute all aspects of events, meetings, and seminars.
- Manage all logistics associated with events and meetings including researching and locating venues; reviewing RFP’s and site recommendations;
food and beverage orders, audio visual; securing on-site room holds; and reviewing and updating RSVP lists.
Manage production and compilation of event materials and handouts such as presentation packet documents, evaluation forms, signage, follow up mailings, and any last-minute requests
Marketing
- Work with the marketing team to implement local strategic marketing initiatives
- Maintain contact with meeting attendees and follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm
- Support charity involvement for the office and attorneys and manage the liaison relationships involved including event participation
- Find social media opportunities and create content for the office
- Field and evaluate community sponsored opportunities and manage liaison relationships
Other Tasks
- Assist in working with attorneys during client signing meetings
- Assist operations in coordinating across multiple internal departments, handling client inquiries and needs
- Assist in the collection of payments from clients as needed
- Create reports for daily / weekly meetings, maintain KPIs, data, and metrics on sales
- Communicate timely and effectively with colleagues regarding the specifics of any new order or potential order
- Preparation of necessary reports
- Some travel may be required
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and Detail orientated
- Excellent project management skills and capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task
- Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings, if needed
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of projects
- Ability to work both autonomously when executing local events and as part of a team on general strategy
- Ability to physically lift up to 15 pounds.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
- 2-3 years of events and meeting experience
- Experience in a client facing role within the legal industry is preferred.
