Job Summary :
As a Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in business operations within the MVNO market. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth and success in these specialized markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the MVNO, including network access, customer service, billing, and provisioning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze MVNO performance and key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Manage relationships with MVNO partners and vendors.
- Identify and implement cost-savings measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of MVNO operations and the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving MVNO operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
