Cashier / Customer Service
We are seeking a Cashier / Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling fuel and store merchandise in a retail setting to drive company sales.
SMC Inc. operates 12 highly successful Sunoco gas / convenience stores in the Philadelphia area. We are hiring for all shifts at our Rising Sun Ave.
store located at : 5680 Rising Sun Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19120
Pay is based on experience and starts at $12.00 per hour.
Shifts available are :
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
10pm-6am
Responsibilities :
- Welcoming customers and giving them great service
- Ringing up sales on a register
- Stocking shelves
- Light Housekeeping duties (cleaning, sweeping / mopping, changing trash)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales / customer service is preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
