Position Summary
TheNetSuite Administrator position is onsite at our corporate officein fabulous Las Vegas NV. This role will be responsible forconfiguring and maintaining NetSuite for Credit One Bank.
TheNetSuite Administrator will collaborate with team members acrossall business functions and external development teams to performcustomizations resolve user issues as well as define processeswithin NetSuite
Summary of Essential JobFunctions
Liaison with different departments andmultiple business disciplines.
Create relevant reportsand KPIs with high performing NetSuite Dashboards
Develop reporting and maintain existing report designs in NetSuiteand NSPB
Meet business needs in configurations andcustomizations with NetSuite.
Oversee NetSuiteintegration implementation and testing.
Support dataimport process and migration issues with all NetSuiteupdates.
Create custom record types fields forms rolesand permissions on page layouts searches and reports withinNetSuite.
Develop and conduct training sessions acrossdepartments.
Perform other duties asassigned.
Position Requirements
Having a strong understanding of Oracle NetSuite administration anddevelopment.
Resolves system issues administer useraccounts and permissions.
Specializes in NetSuite ERPwith prior experience with NetSuite : NSPB SmartView InventoryAccounts Payable Financial Statement Reporting ODBC Analytics FixedAssets Banking Procurement Inventory Prepaid Contracts ScriptingJavaScript Workflows.
Handles all future implementationsincluding Expense Reporting NetGain and A / P Automation.
Maintain ongoing system updates and technical support for NetSuiteSystem.
Support data import process and migration andactively promotes and leads utilization of systemcapabilities.
Fully efficient in NetSuite custom recordtypes fields forms roles and permissions page layouts customizedsaved searches reports alerts imports.
Provide strongcritical thinking skills and analytical thinking.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with exceptional communicationskills.
Qualification
NetSuiteAdministrator Certification preferred.
Bachelors degreeor equivalent of 3 years of direct experience with NetSuitecustomizations and data migration.
