The Production Manager (specific to the sign industry) will effectively lead the Fabrication team focused on success, quality, productivity, teamwork and accountability.
Must be organized, detailed, and self-starter.

Having electrical / UL Experience is a bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be computer savvy and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.
- Must know basic math and able to read a ruler.
- Have excellent communication and team building skills.
- Drive cross training and teaching new skillsets.
- Maintain and improve safety standards.
- Experience in the sign making or fabrication are mandatory.
- Knowledge of CNC routing and engraving is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- Must be able to place onto and retrieve various types of substrates from a substrate rack including the upper shelves.
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE :
- Good attendance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record.
- Create and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
