Director, HR Business Partners
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner closely with leadership and HR Business Partners to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and business goals.
2. Build a team that can provide strategic partnership and practical solutions to improve performance and engagement, increase efficiency, understand talent needs and mitigate people risks.
3. Build and execute the strategy for the future of the HRBP function, including employee relations, processes, and direction of strategic partnership for HRBPs.
4. Assist with change management and communication efforts ensuring a smooth transition for employees as the organization adopts new ways of working.
5. Partner with internal and external business partners on behalf of HR in relation to all M&A activities
6. Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
7. Implement performance management processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
9. Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
11. Directly lead a team of HR professionals with responsibilities to lead : hiring, disciplinary actions, career path support, performance management, compensation, training and team goals and strategic planning.
12. Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and departmental policies.
13. Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
14. Manage multiple conflicting priorities & consistently meet deadlines.
EDUCATION :
4 year college degree, advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE :
10+ years of experience in field or related field, 5 years people management or leadership experience.

Compensation range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000 depending on experience.
