Job Summary :

A senior support lead with high level of understanding in technical and functional aspects of ArisG / ArisJ.

Work closely with ArisGlobal team for coordinating vendor managed tickets.

Support Computer System Validation and roll out activities within planned application changes in ArisG / ArisJ, and maintain relevant documentation based on the application / business expertise.

Ensure Compliance of a GXP application's operation and maintenance during its operational lifecycle as per client specifications.

Work in drafting change control documents and deploy changes in the non-production and production environments.

Participate in stand-up meetings with client IT support team and business team to provide status update on incident tickets and relevant activities.

Lead BAU Support stand-up meetings with client IT support team and business team to provide status update on incident tickets and relevant activities, with a summary of SLA / KPI dashboards.
