eVerge Group is looking for a Salesforce Senior Technical Architect / Developer to assist with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud delivery cycles.
The Technical Architect must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.

Role Description :
- Understand and communicate solution messaging at both a technical and business level
- Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs
- Ownership of all design and technical architecture aspects of :
oSalesforce.com data migrations, data quality, systems integrations
o3rd party applications and AppExchange products
oApex and custom code standards
- Provide industry expertise and guidance to clients
- Responsible for defining development standards in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, and other technologies
- Technical leadership to set best practices including integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems) and management of technical debt
- Work closely with leadership and client stakeholders to seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support organizations scaling at a rapid pace
- Solid knowledge of SOA architecture and fluency in web service standards such as WSSE and technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, REST) is a must
- Demonstrated understanding of relational databases; experience working with different adaptors and JMS queues required
- Middleware ETL design and development experience. Mulesoft and Jitterbit experience a plus.
- Build Technical Design Documentation along the project lifecycle
- Author and provide presentations both to executive-level and working-level client audiences
- Knowledge of Security, Logging, Auditing, Policy Management and Performance Monitoring and KPI for end-to-end process execution
- Lead large to small teams in multi-phase, heterogonous work environments, with multiple work streams
Requirements :
- Working knowledge with multiple Salesforce products including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud as well as industry verticals
- Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components. The candidate will be taken through a live coding interview.
- Hands-on experience with Flows and Lightning App Builder. The candidate will be taken through a live configuration interview.

- Understanding of architectural & integration concepts
- Travel as required for prospect and customer meetings
- Location open, but Dallas-area is a plus.
