We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to provideoversight and lead the overall technical solution delivery ofRevHub our next generation tax software in partnership with ourstrategic vendor partner.
The solution will be developed on amodern techstack and deployed in Amazon AWS. This role involvescollaborating closely with ADOR and State teams as well astechnology vendors to ensure the successful delivery of the programobjectives.
The Lead will craft the vision for execution by thetechnology work streams including all facets from product solutionstructure & design cloud infrastructure integration datamanagement development quality assurance and deployment.
This rolehas a breadth of knowledge across the technical landscapeencompassing software product development as well as operations.
TheTechnical Lead will be responsible for providing technicalleadership guidance and expertise throughout all phases of theprogram from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
The Technical Lead will exhibit a mix of technical and businessacumen driving architectural and design decisions in concert withADOR and vendor teams to ensure the development testingimplementation and operability of ADOR s cloudnative tax softwareproduct being delivered by a strategic partner.
The Technical Leadwill be accountable for the quality and delivery of all technicaldeliverables as a part of providing engineering leadership acrossthe program s technical workstreams.

TechnicalExpertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on Amazon AWSservices SDLC methodologies and tool chains the technical stack onwhich the tax product is being built and emerging technologiesrelevant to the program.
QualityAssurance : Establish testing and quality assuranceprocesses and standards to ensure the reliability scalabilitysecurity and operability of the tax software solution.
ContinuousImprovement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives toenhance program efficiency as well as ensuring that nonfunctionalproduct requirements (software scalability performance securitytestability observability operability etc.

DevSecOps : Drive rapid adoption and embedding of automation and DevSecOpspractices in the SDLC by the engineering and product teams with afocus on high levels of CI / CD automation.
Develop and maintainsoftware architecture technical specifications architectureartifacts technical designs and guide software development inconformance with architecture specifications and guidelinesestablished as a part of the solution architecture.
Assistleadership consulting teams and project management teams tounderstand and deploy the software solutions through technicalbriefings and onsitemeetings.
ExperienceRequired :
Provenexperience (8 years) leading largescale IT programs or softwareproduct development initiatives.
Handsonexperience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including but not limitedto EC2 S3 Lambda RDS IAM and VPC.
Strongunderstanding of software development methodologies such as AgileScrum and DevOps practices.
Demonstratedexpertise in software architecture software engineering dataengineering and system integrationtechniques.
Excellentcommunication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities effectively with agility.
Relevantcertifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWSCertified Developer or similar credentials are aplus.
EducationRequired :
Bachelors orMasters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or arelatedfield.

Proven experience (8+ years) leading large-scale IT programs orsoftware product development initiatives. Hands-on experience withAmazon Web Services (AWS), including but not limited to EC2, S3,Lambda, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
Strong understanding of softwaredevelopment methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOpspractices. Demonstrated expertise in software architecture,software engineering, data engineering, and system integrationtechniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholdermanagement skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment and manage multiple priorities effectively, withagility.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SolutionsArchitect, AWS Certified Developer, or similar credentials are aplus
