This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As a Staff Electrical Engineer ,you will be responsible for :

• Create PCB design requirements andspecifications with input from other engineering teams.
• Own PCB schematic designs and drive boardlayout, assembly, and testing.
• Create and execute verification plans writtenfor board designs.
• Participate in design integration activitieswith cross-functional engineering teams.
• Hold and attend detailed design reviews for PCBdesigns.

Required education and skills to have for the success ofthis role :

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computerengineering
• 5+ years of experience with high-speed and / oranalog PCB design.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience designing analog and digital circuits.
• Familiarity with schematic capture tools (MentorGraphics preferred) and PCB layout tools (Cadence Allegro or similar).
• Experience with board stack-up, layout requirements,and layout constraints.
• Familiarity with EMI / EMC design best practices.
• Filter design and signal processing experienceis highly desirable.
• Ability to apply basic scientific reasoning toresolve technical problems.
• Medical device design experience and basicunderstanding of regulatory requirements for medical device design control andmanufacturing is preferred.
• Willing to travel for off-site support 5%.

The pay range for this position is $160,000 - $210,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.

The annual incentive target is 15% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
