Title : Organizational Change Management Consultant
Hours : 8-5pm
Pay : 70-90 / hr
Location : Chicago (Hybrid)
Requirements :
- Years of Experience : 3 - 5 + years of experience within corporate communications relaying business analysis data, changes, development, and organizational structural changes via visual creations / journey mapping.
- 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management efforts
- Advanced Graphic Journey Mapping experience Construction of visuals for the presentation of data.
- PowerPoint Advanced data analysis presentations
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage a broad range of Organizational Change Management (OCM) deliverables;
- Manage scoping, prioritization, development timelines, and socialization of deliverables
- Develop comprehensive journey maps for experience-based personas informed by the experiences functional roles will undergo during and as a result of Renaissance initiatives.
- Create fit-for-purpose personas scorecard templates to monitor readiness at a functional level.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Renaissance to develop assets for internal audiences to meet people-related readiness needs.
- Find innovative strategies to thread experiences together to prepare colleagues across functional areas.
- Shape and optimize content and materials, based on stakeholder feedback and Organizational Change Management best practices.
- Gather requirements data through needs and gap analyses.
- Ensure that deliverables are of the highest quality and exceed the needs of the internal learning customer.
- Manage multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines and time-critical deliverables through their entire life cycle.
- Define and articulate the change journey
- Develop alliances and working relationships with subject matter experts
- Develop and participate in system and user acceptance testing
- Ensure content accuracy and appropriateness and provide quality control editorial support.
