Position Purpose : Performs full cycle recruitment which includes identifying, sourcing, and interviewing qualified applicants for various clinical and non-clinical roles.
Researches, develops, and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent that will support the organization’s mission and brand.
Essential Functions :
- Develops a pool of potential candidates through sourcing, advertising, recruitment fairs and other creative means.
- Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
- Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the business unit and its recruitment needs within the context of their mission.
- Arranges meeting locations, travel, and / or accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary.
- Follows up timely with candidates and hiring managers after the interview process to determine the next steps; collects feedback and ensures interviews are recapped in the ATS.
- Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements for the recruitment process and communicates to appropriate parties when potential compliance issues are identified.
- Participates in the implementation of employee programs and events that are sponsored by the Human Resources Department.
- Serves as a resource to managers and staff regarding Human Resources policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years healthcare recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of a diverse work environment and have demonstrated initiatives for recruiting for diversity.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, database management and internet.
- Excellent interpersonal assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to address several tasks simultaneously.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
