News Anchor - Part Time
What We Need :
We’re seeking a Part-Time News Anchor / Reporter for our Weekend + Overnight shift. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience in a fast-paced environment and continue growing your skill.
What You'll Do : Anchor newscasts.
Anchor newscasts.
Write clear, concise news copy.
Produce, edit and write content.
Gather audio from press conferences, live events and partner TV stations.
Produce short-form reports (voicers / wraps) for anchors on the following shift.
What You'll Need :
Extensive "on-air" background - this is not a position for beginners.
Proficient in media production and broadcast systems
Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overnights.

Ability to work within prescribed guidelines without needing close supervision
Problem solving skills within established procedures
Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems

Compensation :
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
