Job Description :
- Presales activities : Create quotes for parts & chemicals, stock checks, handle document requests, etc.
- Sales order process from start to finish (order entry, confirmations, follow up, expedites, delivery confirmations)
- Working on customer portals (Order retrieval, confirmation, quotes, document uploads, etc)
- Support end users / reps / branches with all requests via phone, email, portal
- Support Sales team (research transaction history, help obtain documents, signatures, approvals, status of orders or escalations)
- Work with internal / external parties to accommodate customer requests (pull ins, push outs, cancellations, expedites)

- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with people of different cultures and backgrounds
- Ablilioty to problem solve and offer solutions
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
