Eckerd College is currently seeking candidates for the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Leadership Development Institute. This opportunity entails joining our dynamic Executive and Continuing Education team, situated at our waterfront property along the picturesque Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our vibrant partner-focused community of certified professionals encompassing executive coaches, HR specialists, mediators, and esteemed professors.

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you support the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College by executing essential marketing and communications tasks. Working closely with leaders across the division, this entry-level position is responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital assets and ensuring a consistent brand presence.

The coordinator will be a key contributor in creating marketing materials, managing email campaigns and supporting social media efforts, primarily using tools such as Adobe, Canva, PowerPoint, WordPress and Mailchimp. This position reports to the Executive Director of Products and Partnerships and receives direct guidance from the leadership team on project strategy and priorities.

Eckerd College's Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is a network associate of the Center for Creative Leadership and offers internationally acclaimed leadership programs to thousands of local, national and international clients. We deliver high-quality, assessment-based leadership programs to clients from the for-profit, nonprofit and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implements marketing campaigns and initiatives as directed by business leaders across email, websites and social media to support lead generation and business development.
• Updates and maintains content on the LDI division website using WordPress, ensuring information is current and accurate.
• Assists in the creation, execution, and list management for email campaigns via Mailchimp, under the direction of marketing leaders.
• Uses tools like Canva and PowerPoint to create and format marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and digital imagery, aligning with brand guidelines.
• Supports the project management efforts of business owners by tracking and executing on tasks to help maintain project deadlines.
• Assists with the day-to-day management of social media platforms and campaigns, including content posting and engagement, following the team's strategic direction.
• Manages and updates customer and client lists for marketing communications, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners to support the division's marketing and technology projects.
