The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Family Law, has a passion for helping women, and the ability to do so with compassion and empathy.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings and motions
Communicating with involved parties and courts
Schedule meetings
Meet with clients
Produce case status reports
Meet monthly billing requirements

Education

College Diploma a plus

Qualifications

3 years of family law practice experience in Virginia required
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Experience with local court filing procedures
