OPERATIONS BUSINESS ANALYST

SALARY $70,000-$80,000

DULLES, VIRGINIA

This position is a bit unique - you are the liaison between operations, purchasing and finance, but VERY close to operations and report directly to VP of Operations.

As we continue to grow and are a very complex organization and work towards process improvement, I need someone that can help "mine" data, help organize this, create regular weekly, bi-weekly, monthly reports, help create pro-forma's for new stores, help with budgets, price analysis, intrepid data and make recommendations, ad hoc reporting, but also visit stores, help with openings, train the teams on best practices, inventory and the list goes on.

Excel expert is a MUST. This position is based in VA and DC - with some travel. This position is 5 days a week, but there are some nights and weekends depending on business patterns.

Being at the office with the team is important at first, but some remote work ok. We continue to grow through organic growth and M&A's and have an exciting path into 2023 and beyond.
