Are you a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart a career in recruiting? Talent Retriever has an exciting opportunity for a New To Recruiting Recruiter to join our growing team! This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program with extensive team and one-on-one support.

Located at our North Andover office, you'll be part of a unique recruitment model that places a strong emphasis on candidate quality and building relationships with both clients and candidates.

Our collaborative, project-based approach helps us fill priority positions in technical, G&A, marketing, sales, finance, and other roles for our valued clients.

Experience in recruiting is not a prerequisite to joining our North Andover team. We're looking for individuals who embody our core values : Empathy, Work Ethic, Coachability, Collaboration, and Agility.

Note - This role is open to New to Recruiting candidates who are able to work in North Andover a minimum of 3 days / week.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in weekly calls with clients and our internal recruitment teams.
• Analyze job descriptions to identify suitable candidates.
• Source passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, HireEZ, Google, and social media.
• Craft personalized messages for targeted outreach to potential candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system (Bullhorn).
• Conduct phone screens and video calls with prospective candidates.
• Schedule client interviews, prepare candidates for these interviews, and collect post-interview feedback.
• Review applicants from various sources, including LinkedIn and clients' ATS systems.
• Extend offers to selected candidates.

Requirements :

• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with the capacity to apply new concepts to various tasks.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
• Comfortable meeting metrics, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine interest in recruiting and relationship building.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
