Job descriptionManage all aspects of employee relations , ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies Oversee biweekly payroll processing and maintain accuracy in timekeeping, pay, and deductions Administer benefits programs , including open enrollment, leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, Disability), and workers' compensation claims Partner with department leaders to address performance, attendance, and coaching conversations Ensure HR and payroll compliance with state, federal, and industry-specific regulations Conduct new hire orientations , onboarding, and exit interviews Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support company culture and continuous improvement Maintain accurate HRIS records, personnel files, and reporting metrics Manage annual review cycles, compensation adjustments, and training initiatives Support employee engagement, retention, and communication programs across the workforce Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing, food production, or industrial environments Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania employment law and payroll compliance Hands-on experience managing benefits and payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required

Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager will lead day-to-day HR functions for the facility, including benefits administration, payroll oversight, employee relations, and compliance . This individual will serve as a trusted business partner to management, supporting approximately [#] employees across both hourly and salaried roles. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of hands-on HR experience and strategic leadership , with a strong understanding of California labor law and best practices in manufacturing environments.
