Kelly Services is currently seeking* Senior Compensation & HRIS *for one of our top clients in Milton, MA. *Direct Hire Position On-site in Milton, MA* The Compensation & Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing staff compensation program.
The Compensation & HRIS Specialist will also develop, implement, update and maintain computerized HR information systems, provides system administration, security access and user support.
The role also maintains the integrity of the employee-database system, produces reports / analytics to assist in business decisions.
- Responsibilities* : * Oversee the administration of the staff salary program including, analyze positions for internal and external equity.
- Complete salary surveys and provide compensation reports.* Maintain data integrity via audits, analysis, and research.* Research salary structure and merit increase trends for non-aligned structure and salary program.
- Responsible for conducting compensation analysis of all positions.* Compose job descriptions, ensuring all positions are clearly and adequately described.
- Determine the scope of HRIS systems.* Design and maintain a customer-focused HR Website.* Coordinate, test and apply table updates in the HRIS system.
- Develop, test, and maintain upgrades, patches / fixes, tables, reports, and other systems applications.* Oversee the collection and input of data into HRIS, and audit data files to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Provide training for users to ensure consistency and data integrity within system.* Delivers the business analytics that drive and sustain a high-performance organization;
collaborate with the Human Resources management team for the establishment of HR metrics and operation data. *QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline.
- 5 years of related professional experience in a role that relies heavily on data administration and analysis including software application testing, development or implementation, and experience in the field of Human Resources, Compensation or HRIS.
- Demonstrated project management and implementation skills.* Must have thorough understanding of the Human Resource functions and assimilate needs of various divisions within a common environment.
- Demonstrable computing capabilities (specifically, advanced spreadsheet programming and maintenance) are also required.
