Best Practice Learning and Enablement Manager
The purpose of this position is to manage user adoption and business readiness activities for the asset and work management center of excellence.
This person is responsible for ensuring successful user adoption of new tools, processes, and enhancements. This includes support for both Business Transformation project team and end-user needs across Berkshire Hathaway Energy companies.
This role will be critical in crafting and delivering strategy, approach, process, procedures, guidelines, governance, training, and support throughout the lifecycle of the project and beyond deployment.
This position is also responsible for providing hands-on assistance to utility staff with real-world evaluation, adoption and feedback on best practices.
This includes helping with the integration of new ideas into existing process and procedures, new tool adoption, best practice training, and root-cause identification of the real-world challenges of end users.
This role functions as a bridge between theoretically good ideas and practical implementation. It requires a customer service mindset, a proactive approach to exploring root cause hypothesis, and a passion for mentoring others to do the same.
