Job Description :

• Must have 710 years of experience.
• The ScrumMaster Senior will beresponsible for working directly with a team across the companyimplementing the Agile Methodology .

Thisposition requires an experienced ScrumMaster with a strongunderstanding of and handson experience with Agile Methodsincluding Scrum and preferably IBMs Disciplined Agile Delivery.

This individual will be responsible for facilitating the AgileMethodology practices and ceremonies.

• Whenengaging with an Agile Project the Scrum Master has three overallgoals in addition to removing team impediments and facilitatingAgile practices :
• Facilitate the creation of aselforganized selfmanaged team that can identify and deliver thework that can be completed in a timeboxed Iteration.
• Training or support the Agile Coaches training of theteam on the Agile methodology processes and controls.
• Ensure the project team adheres to the Agile Projectcontrols.

PreferredSkills :

• Minimum of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified ScrumMaster (PMIACP) required.
• Five ormore years of direct experience in one or more aspects ofInformation Technology (Software design / development ITArchitecture or other related IT areas)
• Two ormore years of explicit experience as an Agile Scrum Master of anAgile delivery team preferably in a variety of situations includinglarge organizations.
• Effective facilitationskills
• Effective coaching and mentoringskills
• Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguousfast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
