Senior Client Care Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities of the Client Care Coordinator.
- Covering of shifts due to staffing shortages or emergencies. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH ALL CLIENTS
- New client intake and assessments, reassessments of current clients as needed.
- Maintain and update care plans based on client needs.
- Weekly supervisory visits to client's home
- Attend community and marketing events with senior care consultants.
- Training of new employees (in-office and on-site)
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience working with seniors in a home setting or facility.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Three professional references required.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must have a good driving record.
- Must work every other weekend.
- High Skill Set with open availability!
- MUST NOT BE AFRAID OR ALLERGIC TO PETS or Smoking.
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION & CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
This is a Full-Time position, and the right fit would be available for office or shift work between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday and every other weekend and PRN nights.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior administrative experience in Home Health or Home Care Agency is preferred.
- High School Diploma is required. College is a plus but not required.
- Must be well spoken and have good grammar and be able to write assorted items in proper English.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- CNA experience is a plus but not required, however, must be able to perform caregiving duties if needed.
- Travel around the Midlands is required
- Must be able to work independently
