At Elite Branding, we're seeking a passionate Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing events that align with our company's vision and objectives.

From corporate gatherings to promotional events, you'll be responsible for ensuring every detail is meticulously organized to create memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences, and tailor event plans accordingly.
• Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly and according to plan.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality events that exceed expectations.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
