Data Analyst (Production Support)-P&C (Property and casualty insurance) - Hybrid
We are seeking a Data Analyst with production support experience in P&C insurance to join our team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse, data discovery sessions with business SMEs, and supporting data architecture and reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse environment.
- Conduct data discovery sessions with business subject-matter experts.
- Create and tune Semantic layer Reporting Views.
- Facilitate data discovery sessions with business SMEs.
- Generate and manage DDL for RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2).
- Maintain and leverage knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI architectures.
- Utilize knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD data where applicable (plus).
Qualifications
5+ years of data analysis experience within an enterprise data warehouse.2+ years of Policy & Claims Insurance subject-matter expertise.Advanced SQL knowledge.Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI architectures.Ability to create and tune semantic layer reporting views.Experience working with RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2) and generating DDL.Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD is a plus.Details
