Customer Support Associates
Hiring immediately for on-site customer support associates with our client in Phoenix, AZ. Weekly pay is $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, following scripts verbatim during customer interactions, navigating multiple systems while entering data accurately, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, using Microsoft Teams for internal communication, adhering to assigned work schedules, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining reliability and punctuality, and providing excellent customer service skills.
Requirements include the ability to work on-site at the Phoenix, AZ call center, a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center, effective communication in English with strong verbal and written abilities, the ability to read a script verbatim and navigate multiple systems simultaneously during calls, proficiency in Microsoft Teams, strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and active listening skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, and reliability and punctuality with adherence to assigned schedules.

Pay details : $18.00 per hour.
