Overview

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. , a leading company in the Imaging Industry specializing in color instrumentation and Light Measurement has an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician to support our growing business.

KMSA is looking for an achievement focused, self starter for this position. This is a key role within the organization and will report to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of electronic equipment
• Provide technical support to customers
• Receiving and shipping of instruments
• Process of import / export documents - Training provided
• Preparation and management calibration certificates
• Process of service orders in Infor CRM
• Technical Support to customers over the phone

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and / or minimum of three to five years electronic equipment repair required
• Experience in repair of photography equipment a plus
• Bilingual Spanish and English a plus
• Strong organizational and communications skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Access and Excel
• Basic knowledge and understanding of computer programming a plus
• Overtime is required
• Ability to travel a must
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Team Oriented
