Structure Resources is seeking a Civil / Site Estimator . This is a direct-hire opportunity with an industry leading site / civil construction firm with recognition from the Associated Builders & Contractors.
They are looking for a Civil / Site Estimator who has 6+ years of heavy civil / site work construction estimating experience.
This includes : supporting the Senior Project Manager’s Business Sector by implementing the Estimating Groups guidance to analyze bid opportunities for the business sector, prepare estimates as needed, and perform initial bid reviews prior to bid close-out and submission.
The Estimator will also support the Director of Preconstruction in managing and updating HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob software and its codebooks.
The ideal candidate will also have prior knowledge of Federal and Public Sector work, a bachelors degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Compensation : $65k - $79k, plus bonus potential
