Summary of Position :
The Human Resources Manager is essential to the team, providing guidance and support in key HR areas. This includes managing employee relations, overseeing talent management and training, conducting job assessments, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
The HR Manager also handles workers' compensation, benefits management, and employee development programs. Additionally, they assist with specialized projects, offering coaching and assessment to enhance overall workplace performance.
Position Description :
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and proactively addressing any compliance issues.
- Collaborate with corporate HR team on initiatives, projects, and best practices to drive HR excellence across the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Partner with plant leadership on safety programs and initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
