HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist

Process accurate, on-time multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees
Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and employee changes
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes
Maintain compliance with employment laws and payroll regulations
Act as a resource for employee relations and policy questions
Partner with management on performance and engagement initiatives
Ideal Background :
3+ years of HR and payroll processing experience (ADP or similar systems a plus)
Strong knowledge of employment law and payroll compliance
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
