Starting Salary Range $36,354 - $49,165
Job Summary : The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) in a professional manner.
Other responsibilities include performing a variety of entry-level clerical & administrative duties including receive, sort and deliver mail and packages to on-site and off-site locations.
Essential Job Duties :
- Serves as receptionist at the primary point of contact for the office including placing, answering, routing telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
- Answers customer inquires in person and via telephone.
- Validates parking tickets for visitors.
- Receives, sorts and delivers mail and packages to on-site and off-site locations.
- Safely operates a company motor vehicle following all safety regulations and state laws. Coordinates routine maintenance and reports necessary repairs to the Maintenance Department.
Handles fueling process of vehicle.
- Schedules and maintains conference rooms.
- Administers petty cash and maintains records.
- Stocks supplies and performs other manual tasks.
- Daily bank visit to sign for and pickup documents for BNA and JWN.
- Identifies environmental hazards and addresses them in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
- Assists with entry-level clerical and administrative duties in various departments as needed.
- Follows all safety regulations.
- Maintain regular on-time attendance.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
