Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our EMR AIDriven Chatbot and Digital Platforms tailored for the healthcaresector.
As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible forgenerating leads nurturing client relationships and closing dealswith healthcare organizations seeking innovative solutions toenhance patient engagement streamline operations and improvehealthcare outcomes.
KeyResponsibilities :
Business Development : Identify andpursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceedrevenue targets.
Client Relationship Management : Buildand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders inhealthcare organizations including Clevel executives IT leaders andclinical staff.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions toaddress their unique challenges and objectives.
ProductExpertise : Develop a deep understanding of our EMR AIDriven ChatBot and Digital Platform offerings including featuresfunctionalities and benefits.
Articulate the value propositioneffectively to prospects and clients.
Sales Presentations andDemonstrations : Conduct compelling presentations andproduct demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits ofour solutions.
Address client inquiries and objections withconfidence and expertise.
Collaboration : Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including marketing product development andcustomer success to ensure alignment and support throughout thesales cycle.
Market Research : Stay informed aboutindustry trends competitor offerings and regulatory developments inthe healthcare and digital health space.
Leverage market insightsto inform sales strategies and product enhancements.
Sales Reporting andForecasting : Maintain accurate records of salesactivities pipeline and forecasts. Provide regular updates tomanagement on sales performance market trends and opportunities forgrowth.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in businessmarketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success inB2B sales particularly within the healthcare or EMR AI DrivenChatBot or Digital Health sector.
Deep understanding of healthcare industrydynamics including patient care delivery regulatory compliance andreimbursement models.
Familiarity with chatbot technology digital platformsand softwareasaservice (SaaS) solutions.
Excellent communication presentation andnegotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinkingabilities.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
Ability to travel asneeded.
