We are currently seeking a Healthcare Valuation Supervisor to join Withum's Forensic and Valuation Services Group. The Supervisor will work on a variety of assignments, including taking substantial responsibility of overseeing and performing valuation and compensation valuation opinions related to a wide variety of healthcare entities including;

single and multi-specialty physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, hospital / hospital departments, physical therapy centers, home healthcare companies, and other healthcare entities.

How You'll Spend Your Time :

• Overseeing and performing valuation, consulting and advisory services relating to healthcare entities.
• Overseeing and performing the analysis of compensation arrangements for healthcare entities to include; clinical service, coverage arrangements, physician executive services, etc.
• Overseeing and performing purchase price allocations for financial and tax reporting purposes.
• Overseeing and performing the analysis of physician compensation arrangements, lease arrangements, etc. in order to be Stark and Anti-Kickback compliant.
• Supervising team members, reviewing their work, and providing guidance

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or similar quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of performing valuation related services.
• In-depth understanding of valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transactions, etc.,
• Must be pursuing valuation related certification including ASA, CVA, ABV
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Capital IQ and MGMA and AMGA databases preferred
• Capacity to work independently on projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

C., or Colorado. please see below. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.

Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.

California / Washington State ranges are from $90,000 - $135,000

Washington, D.C. ranges are from $90,000 - $125,000

NYC ranges are from $90,000 - $130,000
