• Greet, provide assistance or information as needed to customers, employees and visitors.
• Answer phones, determine the nature of business and route callers to appropriate department or personnel.
• Scan documents by machine into database.
• Update inventory within the Fabick Cat database.
• Process mail and reports that come through the department.
• Any and all duties as assigned. Qualifications :
• High school education or GED equivalent is required.
• 2+ years experience as a receptionist is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Operate console for Teams / Attendant
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and other business software Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee frequently is required to sit for long periods, stand, walk, bend and stoop to perform the essential functions of this job.
