Position : IT Support Specialist
Compensation : $20 / Hr

As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the organization. Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist :
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity .
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and system configurations.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
- Educate users on best practices and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate with the IT Director and team to support infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Assist in setting up and configuring workstations , laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning.
- Participate in inventory management and equipment tracking.
Preferred Experience of the IT Support Specialist :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience managing user accounts & permissions, and troubleshooting issues within M365 Admin Center (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).Familiarity with VoIP systems, including setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP), and experience with routers, switches, and wireless access points.Hands-on experience with printer maintenance, and troubleshooting across various models and environments.Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools.Familiarity with Windows OS and macOS operating systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good verbal and written communication abilities.#LI-HM1 #INNOV2025
