Job descriptionExperience in nonprofit or healthcare finance Familiarity with reconciliation processes Strong organizational and multitasking ability $20 / hr Hours : Monday–Friday, 8am–4 : 30pm W2 Full Time Start Date : 11 / 3 / 2025 Project Until End of January & Possibly Longer Job ID : 152585 Ensures accurate and timely entry of financial transactions Success is measured by the speed and accuracy of data processing and ability to maintain clean receivables records for reporting and audits Perform heavy data entry of receivables and related financial transactions Support reconciliation processes and ledger maintenance Collaborate with AP / AR teams to resolve discrepancies Assist with document management and internal reporting Microsoft Excel Adobe Acrobat Pro Internal financial software (training provided)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro (intermediate)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
