HR Coordinator (entry-level)

Connect Staffing seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for an HR Coordinator position with a growing Atlanta law firm.

This entry-level / junior-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruiting, benefits administration, and more.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other databases.
• Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
• Assist with benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information and assistance.
• Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
• Strong interest in human resources and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve independently.
