Technical Manager, Data Migration (onsite)

In this position you will manage and develop a technical team responsible for the migration of client data to Netsmart's wharehouses

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an ETL team
• Design, develop, and maintain the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, understand data sources, and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process
• Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment techniques to improve the accuracy and completeness of data
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Communicate deliverables and set expectations with clients
• Leverage appropriate staffing models to balance project quality and revenue targets; ensure timely, clear communication to all stakeholders and clients
• Work across the matrix to solve client problems and deliver business results
• Develop and deliver strategies to improve individual client health and overall experience
• Drive continuous improvement efforts internally and on client-specific engagements
• Support associates accountable for sales pipeline to reach quarterly bookings targets by leveraging client relationships

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experience
• At least 2 years leading a team responsible for data migration
• Must have experience with ETL tools like AWS Glue, Microsoft Fabric or Informatica
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Data Lakes / Warehouse and Business Intelligence concepts and the deliverables associated with these types of projects
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions
• Ability to make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward
• Ability to manage escalations at the executive level
• Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Ability to develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals
