Integrate, Qualify & Release Intel latest microprocessors, chipset & communication devices' Test Programs.
Develop Test Program Infrastructure and Test Program Validation Tools.
Own Product Health Indicators (PHI) such as Test Time and Quality (defects per million) and Reliability.
Perform silicon debug, defect root causing by cross-referencing outlier results in a large dataset and tweak test algorithm to gain test time or yield.
Engage with Design for Test (DFT) Teams to enable High Volume Manufacturing Test Methodologies.
Partner with Test Manufacturing, Yield, Quality and Reliability Teams to drive improvement in product PHIs.
Work closely with Test Hardware Teams to develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Interface boards.
Areas of development within our team
Semiconductors test methodologies on Digital Circuits (Scan, Functional & Array Testing) and Analog Circuits (DC, IO, High Speed IO & Clock / PLL Testing).
Deeper understanding of Digital / Analog Design, Design for Test, Simulation, Emulation, Test Writing and High-Volume Test Development.
Expertise on Semiconductors ATE and Interface boards design.
Programming tools such as Python and other high-level programming languages.
Data Analysis and Statistical Methodologies and tools like JMP and SQL.
The successful candidate must have excellent problem solving, collaboration, teamwork and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a minimal qualification of a Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or similar fields.
Experience in programming languages such as Perl, Python, C, C#, C++, etc.

The Infrastructure and Platform Solutions Group (IPSG) builds the silicon and platform infrastructure for Intel's silicon design teams.
IPSG is comprised of a reusable pool of infrastructure IP blocks, design enabling services such as tools and automation, and a best-in-class post silicon ecosystem that ramps quickly to high volume manufacturing and validation.
