Instruct students in related elective subjects based on the master schedule. Creates a classroom environment that cultivates learning, engages the interests of the students, and allows them to perform at their very best.

Utilizes academically rigorous lessons, unit plans, rubrics and assessments aligned to Athlos’ 3 foundational pillars of a Prepared Mind , Healthy Body , and Performance Character .

Plans, prepares, and delivers instruction that engages students and ensures student growth and achievement in accordance with grade level standards.

Uses data to inform instructional decisions including summative and interim assessments and daily formative assessments.

Differentiates instruction based on individual needs, learning style, and abilities. Classroom and School Culture Communicates a deep belief that all students can learn, and belong, in the c lassroom.

Consistently implements school-wide management policies . Creates a positive learning environment by developing classroom rules, systems, and procedures .

Knowledge and Skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Classroom and video platforms such as : Zoom or Teams.

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage the entire classroom. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience working in diverse communities and a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives. Demonstrated integrity and high standards in managing information in a confidential and professional manner.
