Job Title : Business Analyst / Business Management Specialist
Location : Tallahassee Florida(onsite)
Duration : 1 year extension
Rate : $60 / hr to $65 / hr W2CHP
Start Date : June 2024
Responsibilities :
- Establish manage and maintain strategicrelationships with internal and external customers in one or morebusiness segments;
- Assist with the dailyoperations and provide general administrative support to theassigned IT organization;
- Participate andassist in the preparation of the annual business plan for theassigned IT functional area;
- Assist withannual expense budgets utilizing proper accounting / budgetingcontrols;
- Assist with entering financial datainto the tracking system and provide regular and adhoc financialstatus reports;
- Responsible for preparingreports presentations and articles to inside management and outsidevendors;
- Respond to basic questions andconcerns from the business areas;
- Serve as theliaison between IT technical teams resource managers and humanresources organization to develop and implement appropriate ITtalent management activities;
- Serve as theliaison between enterprise and endusers outside vendors contractorsand consultants to define and establish service and supportrequirements;
- Participate in the developmentimplementation and maintenance of IT communication strategies andplans;
- Regularly interact with functionalgroups within the IT organization to communicate and clarifycustomer requirements;
- Investigate and resolvecustomer relationship problems;
- Assist inorganization change management; and
- Performother duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
- TheDepartment prefers the Candidate to have the following experienceskills and / or knowledge for thisposition :
- Three (3) or more years utilizingMS Suite software (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobatsoftware;
- Proficient in conducting researchactivities utilizing internet search engines;
- Ability to provide effective communication andcollaborative skills;
- Ability to coordinatenumerous tasks and effectively conduct the initiative to meetoverall objectives;
- Experience in creatingpresentations for executives;
- Combine patiencedetermination and persistence to troubleshoot clientissues;
- Strong resultsoriented problemsolvingand analytical skills;
- Enjoy working as a teamas well as independently; and
- Experienceworking in the IT industry.
- Government relatedproject experience is required
