The role of the Receptionist is to insure that inbound calls are routed to the correct department, provide exceptional customer service to customers by greeting and helping them, and fulfill administrative duties.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and organized.
Job Functions :
- Coordinate tasks; managing the communication between our client and internal teams.
- Handle all forms of communications and duties with ethical behavior, positivity, and professionalism.
- Continued self-development and knowledge so to better manage risks and issues before they occur.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Handle all incoming and outbound mail.

- Verbal and written communication for understanding project requirements and explaining these needs to employees, and vendors
- Decisiveness with good judgment while addressing pressing matters while timing is crucial
