Job description
A company is looking for an Executive Director, Strategy & Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive AI / ML strategy aligning with enterprise goals
Identify and lead high-impact transformation programs that integrate AI / ML into core business processes
Build and manage partnerships with universities, startups, and technology providers to advance AI capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
15+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or innovation leadership
At least 7 years of senior leadership experience within AI / ML-driven environments, ideally in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences
Master's degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, AI, UX, or Healthcare Innovation) preferred
Experience working within a CRO, healthcare provider, or diagnostics organization preferred
