Job Description :
- Manage daily production in cooperation with Operations Manager including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensuring all work orders are complete each week
- Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts
- Handle payments, deposits, and processing
- Assist in recruitment, hiring and training of window cleaners
- Responsible for ensuring weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
- Assist in coordination of weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals meetings
Job Requirements :
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to perform assigned tasks
- Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities to others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic microsoft office suite knowledge
- Team building skills
- Experience selling and / or working with customers preferred
- Ability to train others
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Liability car insurance
