Ensure that the deliverables are met on time, as per the scope and within budget Facilitate Business Process Reviews and understand requirements Analyze individual modules and components in CRM, required to be migrated in each development phase Design and Develop Integration Components as per integration Architecture. Co-ordinate and support testing efforts during all testing phases Interact/coordinate with Salesforce Engagement Manager/ Premier Support for product related technical issues/bugs/shortcomings Create High level and low level documents. Co-ordinate task distribution within team, as required, during the development phases and review the same Report Status to the program manager / client partner, escalate any issues Conduct reviews of the application with the client
